Ⅰ. Returnable Products

  1. The item is found to be defective, damaged, or stained after you receive it.
  2. The size, color, or model of the product does not match your order.
  3. There are visible defects with the print, and it has not been used or washed, it will not affect our secondary sales.

If you meet any of the above situations, please contact our support center as soon as possible. If a refund is required for any reason, you can contact us for a refund service within 30 days for relevant service.


Ⅱ. Non-refundable Products:

Rabigala will not accept your refund request if:

  1. The productsarebeyond the 30-days return period.
  2. Products have been used, cleaned or damaged.
  3. Thelabelsof the damaged products are lost.
  4. The products are damaged or damaged due to human factors when they are received.
  5. Any parts of the products are replaced.

Ⅲ. Before Making A Return Request:

For any reason, if you want to cancel your order, but your order is already in transit. You will need to wait for the package to arrive before making a return request.Because once a package is dispatched, we cannot return it to our warehouse on the halfway of the delivery

If you refuse to take delivery from the postman, or pick up the package from a self-pickup point, our staff cannot determine the condition of the package and therefore cannot help you with your return request. So if you need to cancel your order after your package has been dispatched, be sure to make a return request after receiving the package.

If it is your personal reason to return the item to our warehouse, we will contact you to repay the postage (via PayPal) and arrange for a reshipment. We will not refund in this case due to your personal reasons. Your kind understanding will be a big support to us. Personal reasons include:

* Invalid delivery address (missing recipient, contact number, wrong address)

* Delivery calls were not answered during delivery, and emails were not checked.

*The customer refused to accept the package, or did not cooperate with the delivery staff.

* The package was returned due to overdue pickup.

2. Refund Policy

You need to return the package to our warehouse in the United States. Please contact our online customer service before you return to submit a return request and get the return address. Please do not return your package to any address on the shipping label on the package without authorization. And we are not responsible if it is returned to the wrong address. If you return your package to our warehouse without submitting a return request, we will not be able to refund you.

After your package is returned to our warehouse and checked by our staff, the amount and tax of the item will be returned to your PayPal account within 5-7 working days, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Matters Needing Attention for Returns and Refunds:

Before you submit a return request, please sign for your package and make sure "order received", then submit your return request through online customer service, and then return the package to our warehouse with the provided address. After the package starts to be delivered, please send the tracking number to our customer service staff as soon as possible. For buyers who have not submitted a return request, we will not be able to refund you if the package is returned to our warehouse or other address without authorization.
